Ana Medina
Ana Medina is the cofounder of The New Paradigm Mystery School, an 8-month experiential program focused on supporting leadership and healing through decolonized learning, Play Attention and other embodiment practices, and the accessing and integration of innate wisdom with the support of plant allies and medicines, including psychedelics. Originally from Mexico, Ana is a certified Life Coach through IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), with extensive training in IFS, Sound Healing, and a range of energy psychology healing methods such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, Shadow Work, Quantum Healing, Psych-K and the ancient Hawaiian reconciliation and forgiveness practice Ho’oponopono. Ana guides students in reconnecting with their culture, lineage, and ancestral roots as they attune to their true selves within wisdom spheres of reciprocity, ritual, intrapersonal growth, dimension mapping, community, and facilitation. Ana lives in a log cabin in the mountains of Boulder Colorado.
